Two more in the open: nsupp and nscopilot

When we started AsIndie, we set out to build fair distribution and growth tools for creators. Coflib and Posthubify were the first two. Today we are building in the open on two more.

nsupp — every customer conversation, one inbox

nsupp is an omnichannel customer-support platform. It brings live chat, email, marketplace Q&A and reviews into a single shared inbox, so support teams can answer every customer from one place, on every channel — with customer context and order history right beside the conversation, and privacy scoped to support by design.

nscopilot — an AI copilot that drives your app

nscopilot is a multi-tenant AI copilot you embed in your own product. Instead of a chatbot that only answers questions, it can take real actions inside your app — and it keeps a human in the loop: it drafts, you approve.

Same principles, more surface

Both are built on the same foundations as everything else at AsIndie: built in the open, fair by design, and global from day one. They are in active development, and we will keep sharing progress here.
